I've used this product for a while, and I can see results with in about 7 days. be sure to take a good protein/gainer, right after your workout for best results, and be sure to keep your calory count up at all times of the day, and night, and never forget to drink a lot of water, throughout the day.

No complaints. To save money, just use half the suggested amount for the same results. You should see results in about 2 weeks. As long as you are lifting at least 4 to 5 times a week you will not be disappointed.
