I liked the old M5 but this new stuff is pretty iffy and is great for gaining water wait. I did a couple of cycles and am just not as impressed with the extreme the way I was with the older stuff.
But All Star Health is a great company, so whatever you end up buying, buy it from them. I have been totally satisfied with their customer service.
